About the Villas

Located within walking distance of the clubhouse is the Forest Dunes villa village. We have different villa offerings, including both two and four-bedroom configurations.

The two-bedroom villas each have a small kitchenette, small living area, two bathrooms and four total beds — two queens and two fulls.

There are a couple of different layouts for the four-bedroom units. The first is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom setup.
It has a comfortable living area, dining area and kitchen, along with a half bath in the community area.
Three of the bedrooms feature king beds with a queen in the fourth. Units 401 and 402 are housed in the same building.

The four-bedroom walkthrough villas are attached to another unit allowing access in between for an optional eight-bedroom setup with two living areas.
These units have a king bed and a bathroom in each of the four bedrooms, along with a comfortable living area, dining area, refrigerator, and sink.
Units 407 and 408 are connected, as are 409 and 410.
