For those who purchase real estate at Forest Dunes, 10% of the purchase price of the lot(s) will be credited towards the Membership Initiation Fee, up to a maximum of the full Membership Initiation Fee. This offer is valid for a 30-day period after the close of the sale of the lot. Building a Home If construction of a home is commenced within 60 days of the close of the lot the entire Membership Initiation Fee will be waived. Dues waived during construction period for up to one year. Existing Home Sales Entire Member Initiation Fee is waived to General Public or credited back to current Golf and National members, at the time of closing, up to the original Membership Initiation Fee paid. Current Golf and National Members 10% of the purchase price of the lot to be credited at the time of closing up to the original Membership Initiation Fee paid.
