Privileges: Social members may use the Dining and Lounge facilities and Fitness Center at the Clubhouse and may attend designated sponsored non-golf events.
REAL ESTATE PURCHASE INCENTIVES** Fractional Membership*
Initiation Fee: $5,000 Annual Dues: $1,500
Limitations: Limited to owners of fractional homes. Golf privileges are not assignable to guests.
Privileges: Unlimited access to Golf Course, Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Practice Facility, Bag Storage, Locker Rooms during occupancy period as defined in the Fractional Owners’ documents.

All real estate sales would include a free social membership with dues waived for a period of 12-months from the time of close.
For those who purchase real estate at Forest Dunes, 10% of the purchase price of the lot(s) will be credited towards the Membership Initiation Fee, up to a maximum of the full Membership Initiation Fee. This offer is valid for a 30-day period after the close of the sale of the lot.
If construction of a home is commenced within 60 days of the close of the lot the entire Membership Initiation Fee will be waived. Dues waived during construction period for up to one year.
Current Golf and National Members: 10% of the purchase price of the lot to be credited at the time of closing up to the original Membership Initiation Fee paid. If construction of a home is commenced within 60 days of the close of the lot the entire original Membership Initiation Fee paid will be credited back to the member. Dues to be waived during construction for up to one year.
Existing Home Sales: Entire Member Initiation Fee is waived to General Public or credited back to current Golf and National members, at the time of closing, up to the original Membership Initiation Fee paid.
