Congratulations Food and Beverage!

August 16th 2010 - Congratulations to our Food and Beverage Dept. on their 1st place finish this past weekend at the 'Taste of Roscommon.' Our F & B Team presented Ikasansai Salad (octopus salad) Hijiki Salad with Lotus Root, Pan Roasted Sea Scallops with a 25 yr balsamic reduction, Gazpacho (cold tomato soup) and assorted caviars (Red wine, Wasabi, Ginger, Mango, Soy/Squid ink) and of course, wine!
The F & B Dept. participates in the event annually and we are proud they have, once again, brought home the Best In Show! Congratulations to all! |
