Benefits of Membership

  • Access to Club Facilities
* an eighteen-hole golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf;
* golf practice facilities including a practice range and putting green; and
* a golf clubhouse offering dining facilities, a lounge, men’s and women’s locker room facilities, golf club storage facilities, administrative offices and patio/deck areas.
  • Immediate Family Privileges
A member or designee, his/her spouse and their unmarried children, under the age of 23 who are living at home or attending school on a full-time basis are permitted membership privileges upon payment of applicable dues.
  • Refundable Membership Fee
Currently, 100% of the actual membership fee previously paid to the Club by a resigned Golf Member is refundable upon reissuance of the member’s resigned membership.
  • Inheritability
Upon the death of a Golf Member, the membership can be transferred to his/her spouse or adult child.

  • Rental Discounts
Members receive significant discounts on all overnight rental units at Forest Dunes. No Minimums or assessment. Forest Dunes does not imply dining minimums and as we are a non-equity Club, there are no Club assessments.

  • Special Event Access
Forest Dunes holds several special events each season that are Member Only events.

  • Troon Advantage
Forest Dunes is a Troon Golf managed course and members enjoy access and discounts at many Troon Golf facilities around the world.

  • Financing Options Available
You can finance your Membership fee for up to two years. Inquire for details.
  • Resigned Memberships Reissued Prior To Membership Sell-Out
Resigned members do not have to wait until all new memberships in his/her classification have been issued before their resigned membership is reissued and they receive the applicable refund. Every fourth membership (Golf Membership) issued in each particular classification of membership will be a resigned membership from the waiting list.
